We are located within the USI Campus Store in UC West (just West of the Cone on Campus).
All students, staff and faculty of USI may purchase technology items at educationally discounted pricing. Accessories may be purchased by any member of the general public.

Students have the ability to charge a computer or tablet directly to their University Charge account starting August 1st for the Fall semester and December 1st for Spring semesters. This allows students with excess financial aid dollars to help offset the cost of new technology. Payment arrangements can then be made with the Bursars office. We also have a trade-in program if you are looking to upgrade from an existing machine.
No, an electronic copy of your receipt is generated at the time of sale and sent to the Eagles email account associated with your student ID number. You can call 812-464-1978 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for additional assistance.
You can always check what items purchased from the Campus Store and have been charged to your University Charge account via myUSI.
Yes. We try our best to get new/featured items on our site as quickly as possible but for the most up-to-date information we recommend reaching out to us directly or stopping by the store located in UC West.
Starting July 1, 2018 USI Alumni will have access to educational pricing for Apple products as well! Educational discounts on PC’s are restricted to only currently enrolled students, staff and faculty of USI.
USI highly recommends Office 365 which is provided at NO COST to all students and may be downloaded directly through their myUSI portal. Feel free to reach out to us for assistance with setup or troubleshooting installation on Mac or PC.
Normally the answer is no, however we can make an exception if prior arrangements are made.
Absolutely! We are an Apple Authorized Service Provider with an exceptional staff of fully certified technicians ready to assist with in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs.
We can do a lot here at the Tech Store, but assistance with passwords associated with myUSI, Eagles mail, or Blackboard require assistance from our IT team. They can be reached at 812.465.1080 or email@example.com.
